How do I get started?

Just sign up now and shop at over 600 participating stores including the Gap,com, Walmart.com, Target.com an hundreds more. Start your shopping journey at ConsumerClub.com and when you make a qualifying purchase, we’ll send you a rebate. Sign Up Now!

When are rebates sent?

The stores report your purchase to Consumer Club, usually 10-30 days after your purchase. You will see your pending rebate on your Account Summary. We mail your rebate checks to you every 90 days. Your rebate check will include all confirmed rebates posted at least 45 days before the rebate check mailing date. This allows you enough time to return products you purchased and for us to adjust your rebate account. We send out your rebate check when you have at least $10.00 accrued Please note, however, that we send rebate checks only for amounts that we have actually received from the store.

Do all purchases made through consumerclub.com qualify for Consumer Club rebates?

Almost all purchases you make through ConsumerClub.com qualify for rebates. We do not issue a rebate if you order by phone, use coupons, gift certificates or store credit, or buy gift certificates from stores. Also, purchases made directly on the Price Comparison link do not qualify for rebates. You must make the purchase through ConsumerClub.com site to receive the rebate. Some products do not qualify for rebates. These include:

- In store pick-ups at BestBuy, Circuit City, Payless Shoes, Sears (also auctions or licensed partner stores).
- Auctions: Auction purchases from any store site do not qualify for rebates. Merchant catalogs: Any order from a store catalog is not eligible for rebates.
- Monthly Deliveries: Wine-of-the-month clubs and other monthly clubs, including monthly pet food deliveries and telephone service packages are not eligible for rebates
- Prescriptions: Purchases of prescription medications do not earn rebates in the Consumer Club shopping program.
- Tires at AutoBarn, PC/Video Games at Barnes & Noble, All clad products at cooking.com.
- Corner Hardware flooring, Dell phone, outlet, business alliance, government and business divisions.
- Drugstore.com vision purchases, HSN services, Macy’s wedding channel, Mr. Ink Man HP products, Office Depot Business Services, PC Connection Internet Business Accounts, Proactive Solutions catalog purchases.
- Smooth Fitness EVO treadmills, Sony audio auto items.

Finally, note that we do not rebate for the tax and shipping you pay on purchases.

What if I make a purchase through Consumer Club and I do not see my rebate pending in My Account?

It takes 10-30 days after the qualifying purchase for the rebate to show in your account. A small number of stores may take up to 45 days.
If you still do not see a rebate pending in your account after 45 days, contact us at customercare@ConsumerClub.com.

What do I do if I did not receive my rebate check?

Rebate checks are sent every 90 days for purchases posted at least 45 days prior. It may take up to 105 days after the rebate is posted to receive the rebate check. If after 105 days, after you have seen a rebate pending in your account, you have not received your rebate check, please contact us at customercare@ConsumerClub.com.

How can I access my account?

If you go to your my account you can see your pending rebates and the rebates we have already sent you.

How can I update my account information?

Click on my account in the top navigation bar. Then click on change customer information. This will allow you to view and edit your name, address for rebates, email and other information. Make your changes and save them. That’s it!

What if I purchase directly from the store?

You must log on to ConsumerClub.com and then click on a participating store to qualify for a rebate; purchases made directly from a store’s website do not qualify for a rebate.

Can I use special offers and coupons and still receive the rebate?

Yes! Just begin your shopping journey on ConsumerClub.com and click through to your favorite store.

How do I search for a store or a product?

Type the name of the store or the product in the search box. If you want a particular product, select the category you wish to search. For example, you may type in ‘shirts’ as your search and ‘apparel’ as the category. Click the ‘Go’ button. You can also use the Price Comparison tab to check prices at over 10,000 merchants and on over 3,000,000 products.

Can I use Consumer Club if I live outside the U.S.?

Absolutely! Make sure that the store you are using will ship outside the United States. Remember that Consumer Club rebate checks are paid in U.S. Dollars.

What if Consumer Club doesn’t have the stores I want?

We try hard to bring you a great selection of stores. If you would like to recommend a store please send an email to consumercare@consumerclub.com. We will work hard to add your suggested store.

Can I return a purchase?

You can return merchandise in accordance with the store’s return policy. If you return or cancel a purchase, we reverse your rebate from that purchase.

Can I exchange a purchase?

You can exchange according to the store’s exchange policy, -but you will not earn a rebate if you exchange a product for another. Here is why: when a store takes back a purchase, it reverses the commission it pays to Consumer Club. When it sends a new purchase made in exchange, the store creates a new order and does not credit Consumer Club for the sale. To make sure you earn a rebate, return the product to the store, and make sure you receive a credit. Then place a new order for the replacement product from ConsumerClub.com. That way you will be sure to get your rebate!
